Concrete Mixer Driver

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mixed concrete to customer sites.

  • Deliver concrete to construction sites, ensuring timely and efficient service.

  • Operate the vehicle and mixer equipment safely and correctly during deliveries.

  • Follow site instructions and health and safety procedures at all times.

  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance issues.

  • Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.

  • Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and records.

  • Provide a professional and courteous service to customers and site personnel.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence

  • Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card

  • Previous concrete mixer experience preferred, but training may be available.

  • Good knowledge of road safety and vehicle regulations.

  • Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.

  • Flexible approach to working hours and a strong work ethic.
